Technology im so pissed with my creative zen micro 6 gig mp3 player

i fucked up during software installation so when i connect it to my comp it says device not recgnized or soemthing, so i totally deleted usb mass storage device from my usb port F: drive thing and restarted, unistalled everything, and i still cant get it to work properly, please help me. ill rep. this is so frustrating i got this to replace my ipod, which didnt work and neither does this, please help me. sorry for grammar, im too frustrated. im on the verge of taking this back also.

it was an ipod nano that didnt work when i took it out the box. just a support screen with a website to go to
