I have a runny nose, I can't stop sneezing, and my eyes are all watery. All in all, people think I'm on crack. Now, I've been taking alka-seltzer plus for two days and it has not been working, so fuck alka-seltzer plus. What does work against these simple lil symptoms that keep making my life miserable?

Sounds like a cold to me. Stay warm, dry, eat plenty of vitamin C and drink enough and you should be fine.
