I figured it out...the strings in the background are somthing off "Still I Rise".....I just can't remember what song...

Its not on Still I Rise at all, the Pac song your thinking of is Soon As I Get Home, but this song doesnt sample that, it samples the Club Nouvea song that Pac, Richie Rich, 112, and just about every artist out there sampled
