I'm Having Problems Logging On

tha past 2 days i have tried to log on and it says i am unregistered. so i try and log in and i forget my password so i request a new one and i get a new password. why does it says i am unregistered? i also notice that when i look at a thread when i'm "unregistered", i read tha posts from top to bottom like how everyone else does, but when i'm logged in i read tha posts from bottom to top. it seems i am still on tha old board and everyone else is on tha new one.
