the charge is a felony charge.

his dad calls me. tell me to meet him at a gas station. i told him to meet me at a park. i had my boy ride through as a decoy & he was stopped by police. they tried to set me up.

If you're a Juvi and you commit a murder, you go in until you're 21 (unless the laws have changed) and that's it.. you're out, no more prison time and you killed somebody.
