Is there anything in particular I should be looking at or for when purchasing this? Like anything that might indicate that they are poor quality?

I don't know what that means. It is in two pieces actually, there's the mixer and there's the table. Any more advice?

yeah make sure they are direct driven(like some gemini's andTechnics mk2's and m3d's) NOT belt driven like crappy numark starter packs.

make sure the needle is in ok condition and if it looks fucked up, ask for compatible needles/cartridges/styli and all the little things because when you have all the accessories in perfect condition, the turntables are basically new.
