Nah.. It was her responsibility since she was an employee their.. shes not supposed to be "distracted" while working.
I wouldnt worry too much about it Lii... Yea, I guess theirs a chance she could sue you, but I doubt it'll come to that. And if it does, i'm sure her parents would sue the establishment before they go to you. Just look for another job.
