I got the question from a news story. It wasn't a wallet it was a box and the person returned it.

my assumption would be that if someone was hauling 30Gz CASH in a box like that, then they probably acquired it illegally. so id just take that shit. but i say this now. everything is different when youre actually confronted by the 30Gz.
