i'm pretty sure it was recorded before he got shot. from what i remember everything on me against the world besides of course the intro was done before he got shot. peace

kinda hard to say, there are tracks that have been re-worked such Stretch productions and things that were edited. I believe the originals were recorded pre-94/95, but the final works have been done in '94.

very true. i always pictured songs like death around the corner, lord knows, if i die tonight,and fuck the world being after the shooting, and im sure a few of those are, i think fuck the world was post shooting. but i always pictured those songs as expressing the pain from the shooting but it seems he was making these songs before. Although he was on trial for numerous things during the time period.

well consider this... pac was shot on november 30, 1994 right? he's in the hospital until december 2, when he went to jasmine guy's house for better protection... december 5th he missed a hearing due to health concerns, and again on the 14th (when 2pac's physician issued remittance to the courts stating that moving him could threaten his compromised condition). he surrendered on december 23rd to prison.

if you look at the dates, at best he had a week of recording time by the time he was healthy enough to stand (or rap) and the time he surrendered. even that figure is stretching it since he was in pretty bad shape.

true. that sounds exactly like the 94 shooting. thats why pac said he was tripped-out that what he rapped about on MATW ended up actually happening to him. peace
