i think everyone should carry one by law to divide the scum from the normal people. It should be colour co-ordinated defined by the level of scum they are.

And who would decide which persons were scum & which weren't?

If you got nothing to hide, whats the problem? They already know enough about you, what the fuck does a DNA sample matter?

they can run all sorts of tests to see what you have Genetic pre-dispositons to. They can then use that data against you or sell it to corporations that could use it against you, or insurance agencys.

They could make a Clone of you if they so desired.

Plus DNA could be more mystical then we know. maybe they will find a way to kill one DNA Cell that will kill all Simular Cells!
