Well I seen this one dude from this place in the middle of nowhere in Europe with a huge tumour on his tongue. The thing was so big he couldnt close his mouth, it looked like he had a few tennis balls in his mouth.

In many cases, the people with these tumours and their families dont have the money to get it fixed, or its too difficult to get help from where they are from. Alot of the time doctors from another country donate their time and resources to get them removed.
