I wonder...

But smart individuals have other neutral sources they can find on the internet.

The problem with reports on all of this is the media. In the UK a lot of our broadcasting is owned by NewsCorp... Which is owned by the Murdoch family. Which is a long conspiracy story of corruption and power..... It all relates to Zionists and illuminati etc.

Either way... I believe they are corrupted. And I find most tabloids have an agenda. I therefore don't read the papers for anything more than sport. I don't watch Fox news or Sky News ( I do watch the Sport channels they have though). I tend mostly to use the BBC website for news. And watch the BBC news channel. But if a story is about the war in Iraq, I tend to believe most news sources have an agenda.

Politics.... The more you learn about it, the less you know.

I know of 9/11, obviously. But I definitely don't know our reason for being in this war. Not surprised at all that the majority of people in Afghanistan don't.

Pittsey brings up a good point sort of. It's like...how can these people know what's going on when they have no major media to spread the propaganda

We may not live in a place where we're kept in the dark about major events, but we do live in a place of widespread disinformation.

I take my earlier comment back, this guy seems pretty well informed.
