I need suggestions on what I can eat.

Do you all get that feeling when you look in the fridge that there's nothing to eat? For Kamikazi and Diaz its because they literally have nothing to eat, but for most of us, it just looks like there's nothing in the fridge.

I am tired of the same thing I eat always and I almost always eat out because food at home is disgusting me. Please recommend something simple I can take to work or eat for lunch at home.

Please, none of the following stuff:

1. Peanut butter and jelly. That stuff does not fill me up.

2. Fries. How many fries must I eat before its too much? I can't take them anymore. The same goes for fish-sticks.

3. Those cheap noodles. Uh, they're good for the first minute, and afterwards, its just bad. I now hate those noodles ...

I eat out when I get tired of eating in so I can't really put that to help you.

Fruit, can't go wrong - or just haul your ass to the supermarket and spend a good 30 mins wandering round looking for something to make a nice meal.

fruits the obvious choice. With the fruit I would definately say milk, if you can find domestic buffalo milk in the US then drink that Or if you can find any type of milk which hasn;t been processed and is completely natural (from a domestic cow or buffalo) then get down that. you will put on crazy size if you can find the natural stuff

I don't know if they have a Costco at your area, but they have alot of stuff that can be microwavable to eat like hamburgers, pizza, chicken, beefbowl, etc almost anything that can be cooked on the stove can be microwavable. What I like about Costco is they have it in Jumbo size, for instance the hamburgers come in 20 pack so I don't have to go to the groceries for a long time.
