I need help with Coordinated Universal Time

Im tryin to tune in to a show on radio42. If a web radioshow comes on at 19:00 UTC+1/GMT+1, what time would that be in Dallas (Central Time)?

I went this link....

For GMT. So -7 for GMT+1. So if it starts at 19:00 round, get your ass behind the comp at noon.
