I just eased the suffering of a living being.

I was walking around upstairs, talking on the phone, when I realized there was a crippled wasp climbing up my shirt as if trying to mount me. I didn't know at the time that it was crippled, I only knew it was a wasp, so I had a q-tip in the other hand because prior to receiving the call I was cleaning my ears. I flicked the little fucker gently with the q-tip. The worst part here is i got scared. I got such a high pulse when I realized the wasp was on me. I got stung once as a child, I have an irrational fear, fuck you.

The wasp landed on it's back on the floor and flapped it's wings like a motherfucker, making it slide back and forth without having any real control. I quickly went to go get a think sheet of paper because i tried to turn him around with the q-tip, but it wasn't working. I wouldn't touch it, hello irrational fear of wasps, so I figured I could do a reversed pull the cloth off the table trick on the wasp. After flipping it over, I watched it crawl back and forth on the floor and it stung me a little, LAWL!

I remember Chronic's mouse patrol offense. During the period he spoke many kind words of animals to me. They were thoughts I had never formulated in my head using words, but as I listened to what he had to say I found myself agreeing with more or less every least bit. Although I don't think the concept of a living being is as remarkable as Chronic though. Anyway the point is i have never been that super-protective-of-all-things-living guy that hates the human race for destroying the planet, but more and more these thoughts come to me. It's your fault Chronic.

I took a grape, bit it in half, and put it next to the wasp. He immediately buried his face in it. I've checked up on him frequently, but he laid there sucking on that grape like a newborn baby on a teat. I left him at peace until the last time I went to check when I could see no movement. I removed the grape, and used a sheet of paper to carry the fella from the bottom of the floor up onto the ledge on the window, where i put him to rest next to a dead fly and some leafs from one of my mother's pot plants.

Sundays are great by the way.
