I got the fuck beat out of me. helped with the training for my fight with rukas

so last night i had some training for the big fight comming up with me and rukas. my tactic of head butting the guys fist 20 or so times didnt turn out to be a good game plan. for my efforts i received a broken nose, a concussion, plenty of bumps all over my forehead and back of my head and had to get the top part of my ear stitched back to my head.

luckily stred was there to help me out or else i probably would have come out a lot worse. stredda ended up with a big cut that had to get stitched up over his eye and its pretty swollen from what he has told me. im not sure what other damage he has done but it was pretty fucking bad. any way im very glad he had my back.
