cookies, it's on death row's greatest hits. there were a few alternate mixes on there that were previously unreleased, yet they did a horrible job advertising as such... anyway to the thread starter's question, the added o's lines were recorded at the time the original was recorded, but left out of the mixdown for obvious reasons (it's new so it's cool, but much weaker than the rest).
