I did it for the first time last year in Korea so I figured I wouldn't be nervous this time... but I was. Especially when the tech has the needle in my arm and looks all worried and goes "DUDE! You're not gonna make it!!!" then turns around to grab some more gauze all frantically. It wasn't until after he took the needle out of my arm and told me to put direct pressure on the area and rub in circles that he told me that he had screwed up and now I was gonna have a huge bruise on my arm because I was bleeding under my skin. So I was relieved that I was ~indeed~ "gonna make it". So they wrap up my arm and they took blood from my other arm. After that I got a free pint class so that was cool...today I got a huge disgusting bruise on my arm from where I bled under my skin!!! anyway, how was your day?

Its good that you did this, real good. I tried a few times before but apparently I don't have enough iron - so I was rejected. The biscuits were nice though :)

In high school, there would be a blood drive once or twice every year. There was once a rumor (I say rumor because I didn't see it with my own eyes) that someone gave blood and the storage bag leaked and burst onto the floor.
