randomly, the volume stops working. only way to fix it is to reboot. so i reboot, go back to the site to watch my movie, and it does it again. ever happened to anyone? anyone know how to fix it?
That's why it's important to buy good quality laptops from good companies.
I love my IBM laptop. It's 4 years old and works great. It was pretty high-end back in the days though.
This one cost about 1500 bucks, lol, wasn't willing to spend any more than that on one...
I looked on another blog and they said that sometimes the media that you're loading sets the preferences different and mutes it, which is strange. It's done it on YouTube a few times, but mainly on movies.
I really don't like laptops, though...the only thing I like about them is the built in webcam and the fact they're portable.
i love my laptop. i find that its great value for money, although im trying to use it just for educational purposes only, i.e. not downloading random stuff.
i just hate not having a hand-held mouse for it, and im considering buting one of them cute tiny little ones.
i prefer desktops over laptops, also the posture i adapt (arched back) really hurts my back when using this laptop. at least with a desktop i can sit properly.
I got mine for college, I don't download music on it, but I do stream movies.
I download on my desktop, it's faster. I agree about the bad posture on a laptop, I feel all slouchy. Didn't really notice it until you mentioned it...now I shall be self-conscious whilst on webcam with 14 year old girls, thanks a lot!!
ive had a different problem with the volume. it completely turned off. restarting it didnt work at all. i forgot what i did but i just googled the problem and had to go to the volume thing and do a test.
