I am standing up to my boss, finally.

Your letter won't make a difference, she seems like one of those people who think they can do and say what they want.

So i suggest,if you want to straighten her out, present the problem to her supervisors. I'm sure they can set her straight. Tell them you feel embarassed being treated like that.

I can relate to problems at work. My employer recently said of me that I have a problem with authority, but I see it as authority having a problem with me! But yeah whatever is happening you got to stand up for yourself, no-one else will.

that letter wont get you anywhere/anything but fired

Unfortunately that's the truth. Standing up to superiors should only be advised in extreme situations. Unless others have the same problem with her and are willing to convey this to her I only it being counter-productive. Then again if this is only a part-time job or something you do to make a bit of money on the side you have very little to lose so go for it :thumb:

Unless you work with Ellen DeGeneres then I think we've had (another) misunderstanding.

I meant you shouldn't mention her fiance.

Her fiance works with us so when he makes mistakes, she'll be down his throat as well. I know its weird that he works there, under her supervision, but that's how it is.

But it was a good letter, and you probably should memorize it and say it to her in person (one day).

I decided to write a lettter because it allows you to write something with clear thoughts in mind. I am able to express everything in one letter as opposed to forgetting certain things if I were to talk to her.

get a life, no one cares about your job and how much you suck at it. don't like the bitch? its called the 1-2 fuck you across the face.

I didn't say anyone cared about my job. I posted this so that others could take a look at it. Like ken said, I never said I suck at the job. Actually, I am probably one of the best there (if not the best).

Packer, let's have the rest of the letter

I'll send you the letter.

You think I am not prepared for that? Dawg, I have so much dirt on her, she should beg to not talk to people. Trust me, when it comes to something like talking about others, my words are lethal and I have enough illegal, careless, and harmful actions of her to support my words. I've been working with her almost a year, and I have a plate full of stories for her supervisors, the Board of Pharmacy, and the DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency).

lol @ her treating her finace like shit as well. That guy must be a real mug!

I think its weird he doesn't talk back right there. If my fiance was talking to me like that anywhere, she would know not to do it again. Its plain disrespectful espechially in public like that.

I think he talks to her after they leave.

Then again if this is only a part-time job or something you do to make a bit of money on the side you have very little to lose so go for it

Zero, if she were to fire me, I have a few guns of myself to pull. Here in the USA, it is illegal to fire someone without just cause. If she were to fire me, it would obviously be in retaliation for speaking up. That's ground for a lawsuit and this company does not want to deal with that.

Besides, I can get, I am sure, a number of witnesses to prove that she's abnormal.

Indeed however I was thinking more along the lines of future promotion opportunities. Standing up to superiors generally isn't looked upon favourably however if, as I've said before, you have people who will support you in your action against her then by all means pursue it.

If you ask me, you should just talk to her face to face and say fuck the letter. You shouldn't let anyone disrespect you, boss or not. That's just my opinion though. I know some people might be like "well what if I get fired?". I wouldn't really care if I got fired, I won't let a boss disrespect me. You should do the same. I see a few people in this thread trying to be funny, but they just aren't even close. There's not much more shit that can be annoying than people trying to be funny but failing. :thumb:

I don't think you should bring up her Fiancee. It doesn't have anything to do with your job and how you are treated like a sub-human at work. It's just going to piss her off. That's my opinion though.
