I am in so much pain.

I had a root canal today. Worst pain I've ever been in. Plus the doc didnt numb me enough so I felt the drilling a little and thought nothing of it, but then he like stabbed my nerve ending and I nearly passed out it hurt so bad. He said sorry sorry, and went crazy with some shots knowing how much pain I was in. He numbed me so much I've spent the last hour drooling, haha.
Anyone else ever gotten one? How long will it ache for, it hurts so much, thank god for codeine.

I got one, or two, actually, when I was like 11-12. I don't remember feeling much pain, but I was a big boy back then.

Never got a root canel, but I've had a 65 yr old irish who used to be an ex CFL player kinda clear my cavity. Used a drill and all, mother fucker did not know what he was doing. He put like 5 needles in my face at places where there was no point of having and the shit was horrible. I went back to school with a permanent 'PeeWee Herman just ejaculated' face and I found out later on that the dentist after work in the morning, heads to a pub and gets drunk with his Irish people in the afternoon, and this is a daily thing. lmao.

I'm scared of the Dentist I avoid them... for now.. But I'll have to go soon I think. Root Canal sounds very painful, drilling? In my mouth? Hell no!

^Yeah they drill up past you're gum level, ohh it hurts. But you should go to the dentist as soon as possible to avoid having a root canal. So they can just fill part of the cavity and dont let it reach the nerve.

The codeine or perc's should help you.. Don't take 1 like it says on the label... take 2 at a time and you'll be str8.

These codeines are fucking weak man. They are like Tylenol with codeine, some wak shit. Shit sucks, my friend is bringing me some perc's tomorrow so hopefully it will be ok, everyone I've asked said it will last for about 2 or 3 days so it shouldn't be that bad.

I had it....the pain was massive although only during the treatment (scraping out a nerve is even more painful than it sounds)....was more of an aching after.

I had a bad tooth and had all that bullshit done, yeah it hurted a lil but it's also cool somehow, gotta love pain.
