Hymnz : I liked the intro to it , the piano was cool as wel .. just lower it a bit!
The first strings though , you choose the wrong strings imo .. the quality of'em isn't that good imho and the vibe of'em is different!
The second ones you put in it were way better & fit perfect ..

Pella : when I heard the intro I thought I was gonna listen to a chinese song lol...
The drums are WAY too loud , lower them the fuck down lol You're drowning the rest of the beat!
The bass really is awful , sorry try using another one ... the whole beat actually is nothing more than too loud drums & an awful bass ( and a piano in the hook ) !
If you would've made the hook the verse , and added another sound for the hook , it would've been way better!

i don't understand how anyone can say both beats are terrible...
how about making one yourself? i thought both beats were good.
i don't even worry about the beats anymore because i can adjust them later. all i do in my beat sessions is interweave melodies, and i think my melodies were very nice here... Pellas beat was good IMO because, even though its a bit distorted, the drums are bangin and if the bass was lowered a bit, it'd be a hell of a beat.
even if you think both beats are terrible, you could still vote for the least terrible :thumb:
there's no use for posts that (not constructively i might add) criticise both beats as being so 'terrible' that you cant possibly vote.

its just to fuck around, really. Its nothing serious. I think youre takingthis beat battle thing a bit too seriously...but its cool, i can understand why. That whole "both beats suck" thing did bother me too, but whatever.

Nice intro, good lil piano. Drums are a bit empty, need more hi-hat - need to variate it a little. Synths r pretty nice, not sure if I like the sample itself tho. Sound kinda fucked up on the outro tho, not sure if I like that switch up in em. Pretty nice beat overall tho.

This that 1 U sent me...not diggin it 2 much. Bass is way too overpowering. Sounds like U changed it up a bit tho thats good. That melody sounds too video gamish...sound like somethin from a Wrestlin game or somethin, not feelin it. The pattern may be better w/ a different sample. Drums are pretty good, need 2 be varied but pretty good 4 the basic pattern.
