Yeah it was always the case. Popular people who rep Pac also rep Biggie while some other only rep Big. Pac is usually mentioned only out of respect.

I don't want to sound like a dickrider or something but in my opinion Fatal is more talented than Busta or Kiss. He had potential and I mean it apart from that 2pac and Outlawz thing.
