^Well, no. I've found many people listening to American bands and hip hop groups and rappers without having a clue as to what they mean. I'm willing to say that a substantial number of foreign 2pac fans here started out listening to 2pac while not really understanding what he says. Music done in English just sounds so universal.

Agreed on Balkan rap being good. Bosnia prob has the best artists at the moment.
