huge explosion near my house...

I found it quite amusing that after witnessing such an event, the first thing that popped into his mind was logging online and informing some 2pac fans about what occurred. It's like, "Oh look, I'm so gangster for surviving a bomb explosion. Let me log onto Streethop and try and get some sensitive replies from people who will forget about what happened as soon as they write "are you ok, keep safe" and click 'post quick reply"."

Yeah my post was insensitive and my humor inappropriate, but I prefer it over a "awwwww" any day.

well, i can't really (completely) deny that lol, but acually, i went online to contact my familly to tell them i m ok, cuz the phone lines were not working, and why i was logged in, i posted on many forums. But that was low...

hmmm....if i was in the middle of a war zone, i would prob stay inside my house as well..
i might even log onto the forum and send pics like kaled did. not to be tough but just because i think its a pretty unique situation to find ones self in.

Thank you for putting up these pictures and sharing something like this with us. It's not everyday you get to talk to or see something like this from someone who there first hand so thanks.

i gotta agree with sofi.... if a bomb went off outside my house the last place i'd be is in my room and online telling people about it....

and honestly, it doesnt bother me... the entire middle east is in shambles... another day, another bomb.... quit fucking reporting it.... there's nothing i can do sitting thousands of miles away.... go out and find the faggot that did this, and do it back to him... see if he likes cars blown up outside his house....

still, of course the media's scrounging the bottom of shitholes for news so of course there was this http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20070521/ts_nm/lebanon_fighting_dc_18

the point isn't to rouse sympathy - atleast i dont think. it's understandable that when you expereince something like this, the shock, and the devastation somewhat leaves you with this desire to "talk to somebody about it". it's something where you just feel inclined to share your experience with others.
