You can't, i think only the admin can.

just go to the image you lookin to replace, click on it so you can view it and on the top right corner should be an Image tools button or so, click on it and then click the edit image button there you will be able to upload a new picture to replace the one you have current

if you're talking about the photo gallery, go talk to an admin, give em a good reason and they'll do it.

they'll either remove it or ban you.. it's a chance you'll have to take

You cant delete em on ya own.. i asked amara to help me out and delete a pic once and she did it.. send her a pm to her or pittsey and im sure theyll do it for ya...
