How To Get Rid Of Facial Hair?

Don't shave your cheeks man. If you have alot then wax it. It doesn't hurt much, girls put up with it so it can't be that painful. The only problem I've had with waxing there is that the area goes red for a while (about 8hrs on me). Then you might get pimples in that area, so pluck what you can, but if its too much then grab the wax.

I'd just shave the hair, it's not bad because you've gotta do your face anyway, and unless your hair grows abnormally quickly, then it should be able to be kept tidy

facial hair doesn't grow in thicker when you shave it, if that was true people who shave their heads would have a hair overload.

yes it increases the amount of hair growing and thickness.When you shave hairs,it stimulates the dormant follicles so they will come to life and start to grow.

you can do a rogaine treatment yourself.but be aware that rogaine has many side effects,including high blood pressure.I know one guy who was doing rogaine and had a heart attack and died.

It will also not only make your facial hair grow,but all your body hairs.you'll be lookin like a gorilla.

so what? the site means nothing.get some real medical journals and read up.

when you shave,your get a quick rise in testosterone.testosterone makes your facial hair grow thicker. why is it that women bodybuilders who take testosterone grow facial hair? exactly,because testosterone triggers the follicles in your face to grow hair(and if u already have hair it means that they will grow thicker).

of course this doesnt mean your hair on your head will become thicker too.When you have high testosterone, your body releases DHT to your scalp which will block your hair follicles on your head only,so you will lose hair on your head .DHT doesnt get released on the hair follicles on your face.

when you shave your face,your facial hairs become even with the openings of the pores.Since the ends become somewhat split,they irritate the openings of the pores.When this occurs,blood rushes up and sometimes to the surface of the skin.You may not see your skin turn red,because the blood might not make it all the way up.Whats important here is once the blood rushes up,it will reach the facial hair follicles which in turn will trigger a part of the brain called the hypothalamus.the hypothalamus then sends a signal to your endocrine system and releases 2 hormones.The follicle stimulating hormone (FSH) and the luteinizing hormone (LH).These 2 hormones then influence the production of natural testosterone.Testosterone increases the thickness and growth of facial hair.


And no, testosterone does not affect hair growth on your head,only all the other hairs on your body such as pubic hairs,chest hairs,back hairs,etc...They basically run on the same mechanism.

absolutely,but not by electrolysis though.

when you are epilating ,its gonna take longer for that time only for the hair to grow back.but once you stop epilating,thats when you can expect more thickness to appear. The rate of thickness and speed hair grows depends on your free serum testosterone levels,so if you have naturally low levels,it will take longer than say a person with normal levels.

^ trust me,people think epilating is good at removing hairs,but its only temporary until they stop.thats when the hair goes wild on them.But i must say epilating will make the hairs take longer to grow than conventional shaving.i guess if you dont want to do electrolysis,then keep epilating.
