How to get HUGE and SEXY for the ladies!!!! Gain a pound of muscle per week

i do both on the same day for legs exercises, if your referring to the normal deadlift where you go all the way down its for your hamstrings, but ken if you're not feeling anything then you must be doing it wrong because when you do it right it hurts alot. there is another form of that exercise that can be used for back muscles and other muscle groups. but if you are referring to the one i am thinking you are you can most definitly do it when you do squats, just make sure you finish with it, and not do it between exercises.
and also make sure you change the schedule you're running often, i usually run on each for about a month or two depending on when i feel my body is getting used to it, right now i am going on 2 muscle groups a day for 3 days and then a day off, which is 6 days a week, with each muscle group trained twice a week, cause i want to get more toned and defined..

Nah man. Here is the misconception. Essentially, A calorie is A calorie. It doesn't matter where it comes from. Here's how the body works

All that talk about different ways to eat the calorie is pure garbage. Like those high GI or Low GI foods, low carb vs. high carb diet, low fat diets.

Here's what happens when you eat something

1.about 30-50 grams of protein is the maximum amount absorbed at one time, the rest gets converted to GLUCOSE and gets stored in the glycogen reserve.

2.Any carbs you eat get sent directly to the glycogen reserve.

3.Any fat you eat gets converted to GLUCOSE and gets sent to the glycogen reserve.

When you eat too many calories, more than your maintenance amount, then the glycogen reserve gets filled up so much,so anything extra gets converted to fat and stored in the body as bodyfat.

So basically at the end of the day,its A CALORIE IS A CALORIE

Oh and you might ask, well what if i dont eat any protein,I will lose weight because my body will eat up my muscles. Technically, this ONLY happens if you dont eat enough calories. If you don't get enough protein, the body will MAKE creatine from the glucose. And creatine is the purest form of protein.

Yeah here's what my limited biology knowledge kicks in.

A common misconception is that people think that if they eat someting with a lot of fat, that fat is straight on their gut the next 4 days. But like you said, the fat gets broken down (you still shouldn't eat a lot of fat because it's still bad for you in high quantaties, but not how people think. it doesnt make you fat).

The fat in one's body comes from calories, un-used calories. Potential energy that instead of getting burned, has been stored in the form of fat. That's what appears on your gut.

^^ yes but you still need to watch where your calories are coming from because eating a high fat fat and sugar (carbohydrates) will raise your cholesteral and blood sugar levels drastically putting you at risk of a heart disease and diabetes, also your body will be lacking severly from the vitamins and minerals it needs, just looked what happened to that geezer on supersize me!!

Yes thats the thing, people think as soon as u eat the fat,it gets put on your gut right away. But we know that that isnt true. It's broken down then converted to carbohydrates.

BUT here's the reason why fat isnt good to eat. First of all,1 gram of fat has 9 calories, which protein and carbs have roughly 4. So fat has double the calories. But get this, fat will keep your appetite satisfied when you're done. But since it tastes so good people over eat it.

Fat is essential to the body though. you should get at least 20-30grams from fats a day,and no more than 50g.

Fats and sugars are mighty fine. BUT you will only have a problem if you overeat. Damn, why the hell do they keep saying mcdonalds and these fast food places are bad. They are not causing all these health problems.Let me explain something.

High fat and High sugar diets DONT FUCKIN EXIST.I'm sick of these people always saying "Well if you eat high fat,or if you eat high sugar diet you will get fat,get diabetes or have heart problems, blah, blah, blah".

Well guess what fuckheads(not you guys lol but the people who always say this kind of shit).ITS CALLED OVEREATING.You can eat a high protein diet with low fat and low carbs and you'll get fat, have a heart attack, and get cancer.

Shit this pisses me off,it's like they are making excuses for overeating or some shit.

If you don't overeat, you can eat whatever you like and still stay healthy. It can be anything.Hell if you dont like vegetables,or whatveer, invest in some multivitamins and some good EFA's.Thats all you need to stay healthy.Well with some excercise to keep the heart in tip top shape. Its a $20 a month investment to keep you living longer.

peace

Well then why don't you just eat your daily calorie amount in the form of pure sugar and take some multi vitamins, that would be a lot easier and quicker than making meals. But if you did that I garuntee you would end up ill.
All I'm saying is that you still need a correctly balanced diet (you can have high colesterol and have heart disease without being overweight).
Also don't forget about free radicals and oxidents which are abundent in those types of fatty foods.

the ill feeling would be a placebo. you'd make yourself feel like that because you're not used to eating that, but no one in their right mind would do that anyways.BUT thats not the point i was trying to make.I was explaining how the body works.

do you know why some people who are not overweight have high cholesterol and heart disease. Well, these people are fat in a way. Sometimes, their bodies are so efficient at burning energy, that when they do overeat, the fat gets stored on,in and between the organs and/or alot of it stays floating in the bloodstream and it takes a long time to filter out the fat.by that time, you got some of it stuck inside the arteries and whatnot.

But I do agree that you should eat properly. I'm not saying just eat junkfood for the rest of your life.BUT i wanted to make it clear on how people judge fast food without knowing what the fuck their talking about.I mean a burger can be healthy,it has all different food groups.Of course i don't agree with the oil they cook it with, which is full of transfats. But thats the only problem I have with fast food.If they get rid of the transfats, then fastfood is like any other kind of food, you just have to watch the calories because alot of fast food has lots of calories. EVERYTHING IN MODERATION.

you're right about the free radicals. always take your multi vitamins and efa's. i take em everyday.
