Technology How does one put media programs on ps3?

How do i do it? I tried connecting the ps3 to the net today but it only upgraded it, I can't figure out how actually to put media programs on it so i can upload songs/pictures/movies etc.

If you want to copy media files onto your PS3, copy them onto a usb ect then go to music/picture sections then click the usb and press tiangle and then click view all files then copy em over.
