Why do you want to turn mp3s into Real Media files? Everybody hates Real Media files.

Allright if you convert from (mp3 Lossy format) to another more (Lossier format RA), then the quality will be worst then if you ripped a CD to RA. There is going to be so much digital information loss during the conversion of Mp3 to Ra that it's not worth your time doing. Your better of reencoding the mp3 at a smaller bitrate.
