well in one of torontos finest drug and weapons blitzes they seemed to have rapped my name into this charging me with possesion for the purpose posession threaten x 2 posession of firearm assault and robbery....regardless if im guilty or not the reason they came with these charges is cuz they think im a gangmember n the only way i could get out (i was in the Don Jail then transferred to the West Detention) out on bail is if i agreed with house arrest....not even at my own home tho its at my brothers place n his apartment is so small my bedroom at my moms crib is bigger..no internet no cable...no nothing all i do is burn my chronic watch a couple channels and sleep...ne advice on other things i can do? i kno ur gonna say read..work out etc...but i need other things..im already gaining weight from the lazyness..fuck man i shoulda jus did my time now since im gonna have to do it later anyway

Ask your brother for cable or for somethin. Get some video games. Just go crazy and write an album and record it. Then you can send your demo to Black Market Records or AWOL Records. You could make music videos for your album in your room also.

take ballet and do jumping jacks.

You like Hip Hop? Start writing lyrics. You may start off weak but you will get better. Then try to write stories making them all rhyme as good as you can. Maybe stories of your short time in prison or how your wrongly accused. Hip Hop is a way of escaping things. Use it to pass time. But also I advise workouts. Start off with however many sit-ups and push-ups a day. Then the next day add one more on. And keep going.

haha u guys are the best...the reason i can post is cuz with my surety(person who bailed me) im allowed out so i go visit my mama my brother and sister.. true say its not even that bad its very calming to be surrounded by my own thoughts and be able to think without annoying noises.....what i wouldnt do without my weed...and my family/girlfriend and of course pac board....oh yeah to answer ur question west detention is pretty grimey with all these west end gang members but u cant beat friday fight night at the Don Jail
