Sorry, but i've simply just had enough with this homophobism so i thought i'd voice my opinion on it all.
Everyone on this board is talking about the racism, sexism, ablism, classism, Anti-Semitism, religionism and whatever depepnding on who the person is.
The thing i just can't stand though because some people are listning to 2pac on their walkman they think they're free of prejudice (and i can actually quote someone who said: "i'm not racist, i like hiphop"). When will you realised and open up your eyes to see that homophobism is no different to everything i've mentioned above?
You being terrified of gay people doesn't make you any different from those KKK pricks who hate blacks, you are no different from the islamic extremists who hate jews, or the zionist extremists who hate muslims. When will you realise that homophobism is just as bad as racism. They are people too, just have a different opinion on things. Yeah sure, many people argue that it's not natural or whatever but who the fuck cares? They like it that way, let them do what they want. It's not like they are forcing your dick up another guys ass.
If you are homophobic you are no different from those skinheads with a nazi poster in his room. You don't see people for what they are and just judge them on their ideals, opinions and preferences.
Many people think that gay people are going to hit on them, trust me that it's not like that at all.
Call me a fag lover, a faggot or whatever you will, but remember that Homphobism is no different from any other _ism that is out there.

Homophobia is pretty much the last acceptable prejudice to have. Most people on the board would hide their racism or sexism, and wouldn't broadcast their anti-Semetism or Islamophobia, but they're more than willing to show people how homophobic they are. I suppose it's a way of reenforcing their masculinity.

straight up im scared of gay people... i work at yonge in welleslley one street away from chich street (church street) n damn wen ever im around gay people i get all nervous n wen i think about the elements surrounding being gay it makes me sick to my stomach but like... i went to the rogers wireless store and the guy running it was gay... but i still was able to conversate with him (about my phone) n i didnt get that feelign of scaredness i also dont get it around the gay guy at my job its wrong people discriminate against your preference but ignorance makes a lot of the world go round
