ah yes, that clip was from The Man Who's Arm Exploded. He injected shit directly into his arm with the same needle over and over again and it got infected, so he tried to do surgery on himself (sticking needle in to get puss out etc) and it kept getting infected. He went to the doctor and now one arm is bigger than the other.
