I don't really understand why 50 would sign mase to G-unit, he just doesn't seem to fit the mold, I mean sure he's from New York (I Think) but his last album wasn't that good nor were any of them really IMO, but he just doesn't seem to fit in, in G-unit.

This is obviously a political move by 50, appeasing the religious right so he can make his run for candidacy in 2008.

And if he was, he'd be signed to G-Unit the record label. The idea is too sign artists who sell records. It doesn't matter if he signs a rock band or an opera singer. It's a music label not a way of life.
