Damn. I'd be scared as shit too. Like Dante said, it's unlikely that you got it, but having to wonder for three months would drive me nuts too.

You have to disclose it although its not worded that way. When you fill out job apps, you just state medical illnesses you have. If you state you have HIV, only the boss may know that information. If he or she tells can be in a lot of trouble. Its just something that needs to be disclosed for health concerns. If a hiv infected person gets shot up while working, wouldn't you want to know if he has the virus? Trust me, I only know all of this because I work with three homosexual males who are all hiv positive.

i've honestly never been so scared in my life. Yesterday i pretty much broke down when i was out clubbing and i went back to my friends place only having to storm out petrafied... i was so scared i was throwing up. I wish this to nobody, not even my enemies. It eats u up inside... and it's u that's doing it to yourself. You fuck with your own head! Optimism dies when you're left alone at night with your thoughts.

I didn't get a cocktail of drugs, and i don't know why.
The fight all started because some guy still had a grudge on me from highschool, and he's the sort of sick fuck to pull out knifes and syringes on people.

i would be so scared to take an hiv test at this time in my life... i don't know what i'd do if i was hiv positive... i would definately break down and cry... i sincerely pray and hope to God that you will be fine and karma comes back around and bites this fuck back in the ass... but like other people said... the hiv virus dies out when it hits air and dries... so unless he went in and stabbed somebody with hiv and then got you right after i think you will be fine... scary people out there... damn
 
Everybody has to understand that just because you don't get a test, doesn't mean that would increase your chances of being HIV negative. If you're infected you're infected and you owe the people you work with and have intimate relations with to get tested and to know. It can prolong your life, and help decresae the spread of the disease.

tell me every way possible to get hiv so if i've done one of those things/ways i'll get myself checked. hiv scares me.
 
Obviously any form of sex can get you infected with HIV because of the release of bodily fluids. The virus is contained in the vaginal fluids and seminal fluids of humans and these fluids do infact transmit the virus. Obviously, the most known way is blood.. Having sex is one thing, but blood is another... If your HIV negative blood is mixed with HIV positive blood, then you're at an extremely high risk of infection. Tattoos / piercings if done in a unsanitary and non-sterile environment using non-sterile tools can transmit the virus assuming somebody with the virus had Tattoos / piercings done for him/her. Though an HIV positive individual's salvia contains the virus, there is no known evidence of transmission through saliva... saying kissing is fine is true, but if your lips or tongue or gum... any part of your mouth is cut and blood is exposed, and the same time... the HIV positive partner you're kissing has similar injuries.. then you can get the virus from kissing in that sense, because blood was exchanged... As I mentioned about sex, sex is the most way people get infected... surely there are types of sex such as Anal sex that are the most infectious, but in reality... all sex is potentially dangerous to your health if you're having it unprotected with an HIV positive individual. And now it's where you have to get creative in how it can be transmitted... you won't get it from Saliva, Tears, and Sweat... or from an insect bite... or from sharing a drink and eating after somebody with HIV ... or from shaking an HIV positive person's hands...or from sharing the bathroom...all casual contact won't get you infected, but contact with bodily fluids will...Alot of teenagers think Oral sex is safe because it can't get you pregnant... that's true, but it can get you infected.


So in a nutshell, any contact with bodily fluids of a HIV + individual is risky for your own health...sharing needles with an HIV + individual is risky for your own health...But I must make it clear, HIV + human beings are not disgusting... they are not suicidal or deformed individuals... they do not believe their lives are over... there are new drugs that can help you live a long and good life... We must support our fellow brothers and sisters with this disease and help them fight it... honor them by not increasing the number of the infected

People, spread the message not the virus... be true to your self, and face your fears... get tested today.
 
The chances to catch HIV from something like this are very very very very low.
