Hitemup.com's Legal Status

[FATAL]

This is primarily for those who are in contact with Jon on a regular basis... I'm wondering how the status of Hitemup.com is going and if there is any new information that can be shared with the board about the impending lawsuit. Has it gone to trial, is there a date, etc etc. I'm curious because the main page hasn't been updated in months, and after everything went down, I donated to the legal fund in hopes of getting things back where they need to be. Basically I'm just looking for an update on the situation if someone would be so kind.
