Mos Def's seems kinda ehh, but I think he can pull the character off. Zaphod looks great. Now they just need a good voice for Marvin, and make all of the jokes transfer well from the book to the screen, and...

They might actually be able to pull this movie off :thumb:

I've been reading that the Marvin part is done very well.

I think the casting on the whole has been brilliant. According to that fat ginger film reviewer, all the British cast are brilliant, whereas the Americans don't capture the characters as well.

Martin Freeman, Stephen Fry and Alan Rickman are all inspired casting. I can't even remember there being a whale in the books, but I'm sure Bill Bailey will be hilarious.

I read the books a loooong time ago, and my memory sucks. Took me a while to remember who Slartibartfast was.

On the plus side, it means the film might surprise me. Definitely looking forward to seeing it.
