With Europe (and other places) becoming increasingly tolerant with the use of

Marijuana, probably due to an increased recognition of how useful and enjoying it

can be. Would posting 'bits' through the post - say for instance you

got a freind/family member whos birthday was coming up and you wanna send

him/her a little something, be it a nice reefer in this scenario - come with risk.
