HEY! Need help with a song,and I need you guys' resources

OK, I popped in my Reembering Makavel Vol.1 DVD recently and there is a Hold On Be Strong version that plays, not sure if its the OG or not. Anyway, the hook is a guy singing "I'll keep holding on" and I LOVE the way this sounds. If anyone can help me out it will be greatly appreciated.

Yeah I heard it in there, but on the Remembering Makaveli DVD I first heard it on they didnt play much of the song so I didn't hear the tag until I found it on Youtube.
