since tech talk is gone, maybe someone here can help me... my wife's office just gave her a computer, i want to restore it to it's original settings, but i can't find the way, i have went through system restore and looked at everything, but it was on a different connection before, and i can't get it to hook up to my modem and work using the internet...can anyone more tech savvy than me explain to me how to restore it to it's original form? thanks in advance
