When I bought my HP it made me create recovery dvd's (2 of them) - I already had a chance to use them - they restore your computer exactly the way it was if you just took it out of the box and turned it on. But if you never made those recovery discs you may be in a little trouble and have to contact HP for them if you ever want your computer back the way it is supposed to be.

damn^^^ i tried but my burner fucked up, they told me to do that destruction thing where they gave me the directions and i posted them the hp guy gave me that shit so i think ittl work, hopefully
