Technology help with new cd burner fuckin up, skipping

i bought 2 new cd burners and when i burn with them the cds come out skipped, 2 new ones do it so i dont thinkits the actual cd rom, i tried at various speeds and diff types of cd-rs, but it keeps coming out skipping, any help, didnt know where to postthis cause i ddint see tech talk anymore,if its in the wrong place sorry, move, please help, thnks

when you burn your music,do you use disc at once or track at once? if you use disc at once change it to track at once

what cd burning program are you using?

i dont listen to music while burning, close all othe rprograms, use nero, looked through the options but cant see the tracks at once or disk options. ????????????

Nero is a piece of shyt if ur computer is on the slower side.. It converts ur mp3s to wave and directly burns them to a cd simultaneously, which is causing the skips. Best advice would be use media player , it converts ur mp3s to wav , then it burns the wavs to the cd, thus leaving no skips . It takes 2 times as long but if u don’t want anymore skips while ur bumpin ur songs in the ford focus , use Windows media player and throw away Nero.
