help with a song

a while back i was at this party... i was drunk and i found a cd and it was a copied cd and had the words "blazin' 3" on it...

anyway.. i put it in the cd player and found this song that i want... but have no idea what it is

it has that "beware of the boys" beat by panjabi mc but im pretty sure it wasnt jay-z rapping, and it defintely wasnt the jay-z lyrics that got mad radio play... it was a while ago and i was drunk so i cant remember the voice... it may have even been an aussie rapper on it cos i remember a guy was talkin durin the song and said somethin like "shoutouts to sydney Australia" or somethin like that...

any help i would appreciate ALOT ???????
