Actually Frost is the guy that does the hook, I don't know who is the guy that does the actual rapping.
As for Frost he has some tight banger too.

it's form his "Smile Now Die Later" album. I dont know if it's his second one,but it's definitely not his first one because he released an album back in 90-91 under the Kid Frost alias

Yeah he used to be known as Kid Frost & dropped a couple of albums under that alias back in the day, then he dropped the Kid & ever sense was known just as Frost. He dropped a bunch of albums under the Frost alias.
