Wot about water bottles? Get 2 4-litre bottles of coke (or bigger if there are any) and lift them. Or try fillin a bucket with water and lift that. if u have sand or a lotta soil in ur garden fill the bottles/bucket with that to give it more weight.

im full of it today...whether that be of gud ideas or shit is for u to decide :D

well i can only think of pull-ups to be honest, you can go buy these small bars that you can hang on the door of your room, they are very cheap, and pull ups are really good, if you buy it then you can do front and reverse close handle pull-ups, and also use the wide grip to exercise your back..i think you should do that if you dont want to use weights..
