I woke up this morning with the my left bottom eye lid all swollen, it's fucked up like I got punched in the face, when I woke up and rubbed my eyes it felt like it was bruised, go wash up and look at it and its fucked up. It was feeling kinna bruised/sore the last 2-3 days but wasn't swollen, now its swollen.

At first I thought maybe a spider bit me, now people are telling me a spider coulda layed eggs in my eyeball, and all kinds of other urban myths, anybody know anything?

i dont have medicare and gotta pay for shit, so i wanna hear as many opions as possible first

If U Want To Try It, Take Some Eye Drops Put A Few Drops In Your Bad Eye.
Maybe You Might Have Some Dirt In Your Eye.

Another Thing It Could Be An Eye Lash That Fell Off, While You Were Sleeping. If An Eye Lash Did Get In Someones Eye It Can Get Infected. Just Rinse Out Your Eye's A Few Times. If That Doesnt Work U Might Have To See A Doctor.

Relax, it happens to me once every 2 months lol. Best way to get rid of it is by washing it with tea (IT WORKS!), just heat it and put it on your eye (with cotton), do it for like 10-15 minutes. It should be gone in a few days.
Also always put your own saliva on it (IT WORKS TO DAMMIT), especially when you wake up.

hmmmm, how does you shit look like?

cuz the hard thing is, my eye is naturally bloodshot, so i cant really tell if its anything to do with my eyeball, usually when my eyeball itself is bothered or im really high, my eyes are blood red, like pink eye almost..

so thats why im thinkin more i got bit, but i have no idea, i washed it out like Benny B said, then instead of tea like you said i just used hot/warm water and facecloth

it is like a pink eye. your bottom eye lid just swallows & kinda burns/itches/aches for a couple of days. One time my eye was almost completely shut for a week, i looked like a boxer who got his ass wooped. It will go away tho, don't sweat it.

cool :thumb:

yea ive had eye infection before where i just let it be and it went away after like a day, just my lid was never swollen and when i spoke to people this morning they were all given me these urban myths that kinna tripped me out, from spider eggs to going blind in one eye (i just saw the movie ray so was paranoid)

haha i just thought about how im gonna look like a boxer at the masta ace concert

First off don't rub it. It could be something has been lodged under your eye-lid, this happened to me and I am still on treatments becuae I had a small splinter lodged under my eye-lid. And everytime I blinked the splinter scraped my eye-lid and tore of the skin on my eye-ball but anyway...

try some antibiotic cream, most doctors and pharmacist will definately prescribe you that as a first course of action. This is because there was no blow or other injury to the eye. Dont use eye-drops, they are for cleaning and the anti-biotic properties in them are minimal.

try anti-biotic cream like ......(i'll get you the name of some good anti-biotic cream soon)

For this to work perfectly well, you need some salt and tape.
Grab your upper eyelids and tape them to your forehead, make sure there's no chance you'd be able to blink.
Now, spray your eyes with salt.
Hope this helps :thumb:
Anyways, dont do that.Consult a doctor, I say.

i don't know man it sounds crazy, but one time some crazy shit happened to me, i was just hanging out at my mom's friend's house and out of nowhere my eye got all fucked up and brown shit started to come out like mad! i was like holy shit what is this! it didn't stop for like 3 hours or something, the next day it was all fine, never knew what the hell had happened. Anybody have a similar experience? if yes please share any info.

could be anything, its not spider eggs though LOL

it could be an allergic reaction to something, think over the last few days, were you anywhere or did you touch anything that could have caused a reaction, or did you eat anything for that matter.

u may have bumped it sleeping, etc etc, anythings possible. get it checked out, it may be nothing mroe than a pocket of blood, but id get it looked at

It's probably a sty.

A sty (hordeolum) is a red, painful lump on the edge or inside of your eyelid that may look like a boil or a pimple. It's usually filled with pus. As it swells in size, the sty may make it difficult for you to see clearly because you can't fully open your eye.

More than one sty can occur at a time, leading to an inflammation at the margin or edge of your eyelid — a condition known as blepharitis. Fortunately, most sties disappear in just a few days. In the meantime, you can sometimes relieve the pain or discomfort of a sty with simple self-care treatments.

Self-care
Don't squeeze a sty or try to remove the pus prematurely. To relieve the pain and help a sty come to a point sooner, soak a clean cloth in warm water, wring it out and then apply it as a compress to your eyelid for 10 minutes, four times a day. Once the sty bursts on its own, keep the area clean and dry. To prevent recurrent infections, keep your hands away from your eyes and practice good hand washing techniques. This is especially important for children, because they are prone to sties.

Treatment
If your doctor confirms that you have a sty, he or she may prescribe a topical antibiotic cream to apply to your eyelid. To treat a pus-filled sty that won't rupture or burst on its own, your doctor or ophthalmologist may choose to lance and drain the lump to relieve pain and pressure. If you have multiple or recurrent sties, your doctor may also prescribe antibiotics.
