I meant that some corners are maybe controlled by gangs (Bloods & Crips) like Compton,Inglewood...and police never go there...is it true?

^the police are the biggest gang in LA. So they go wherever teh fuck they wanna go. The only reason they might not go somewhere is cos they don't care, not cos they scared.
