I'm looking for a nice hairstyle that'd be perfect for short, thick black hair (about an inch and a half long).I keep changing styles every now then, but could only think of one or two that suit me.

Had something very similar tot his.

Tips:This contemporary haircut does not really fit into any traditional category. The hair on the sides is cut to about 1/2", while the hair on top is texturized and cut to create a very obvious point at the crown, giving a slighly round face more length. The hair in front is cut significantly shorter as well. A pomade adds texture, shine and hold.

Personally i like the Natural or a semi natural look. Messy hairstyles are the way to go.
I'm not a fan of the full mohawk, to symmetric. A messy mohawk is what i have right now. but i'm growing the hair to go back to what i had, which i loved, which was:

The Brad Pitt style looks pretty good, but it makes his forehead look big.

Try growing your hair a little, get the sides cut shorter and grow the top longer, but have the sides faded (obviously), not too short though. Then with the longer piece down the middle you can wax it and shape it. Haven't any pics sorry, but I know what I mean.

Whilst you're growing it just gel it a lil so it doesn't look fluffy.

just turn up work one day dont even ask, you know they will say NO! anyway..

i work in an office and sure enough some stared some asked if i got lice. but after a week everyone gets used to it, and i shaved it off nearly to the skin..

it grows really quick and fast, as first it does look thuggish, but its just getting used to it.

also its weird, most my GUY friends say i look like a thug, and my Female friends say it looks hot,.

so its all good u get the attention from the ladys and the guys stay out your way..
