Grown Mo is an artist who has a tremendous amount of versatility in his work. Fans first became familiar with the young South Central rapper when he released his first official mixtape So Serious Vol 1. Grown Mo is working with talent from the Bay Area and with local talent for a label he has just started called Bonfire Entertainment. With plans to release a follow up So Serious Volume 2 mixtape in August with one of the hottest DJ's on the market Dow Jones and a role next to The Rock in the upcoming Gridiron Gang motion picture Grown Mo is balancing a rising acting career along with his music career and record label.
Grown Mo is an essential figure in the new money cliq movement by working closely with Watts natives the Snowman Cliq, and other new talent from South Central, Long Beach, Compton, Inglewood, and the Bay Area.
