Green Lantern Kicked off Shady

There's word floating around that the 'Evil Genius' Green Lantern may no longer be rolling with Eminem and the Shady Aftermath camp. There are several stories floating around with the most prominent being that he was set up by some one in Jadakiss's camp and caught on video tape talking major stuff of a personal nature about his crew. With Game and 50 being sued and the continuous war with the Source, this latest episode can't be all good.

What exactly did he do on shady records?
He was Eminem's DJ at gigs. He replaced DJ Head.

He also had started production work, and his mixtapes were good promo for the Shady camp.

He does more than Whoo Kid anyway. All he does is press buttons and hustle. Damn he's my hero.

Damn this is surprising. I wonder what he did to get kicked out. Guess there won't be no conspiracy theory mixtapes anymore.

Yeah. I'm wondering.

It sounds like he's done more than just slag off Eminem and Fifty. It sounds like he's given up some inside info. Maybe he worked on some of the diss tracks.

Off of Shady? That's a shame. I'd love to have Green Lantern on my crew. The dude's sick!

Damn you Pittsey! You're reporting all the news now. There's nothing for me to post...:(

It's only at the rumours stage at the moment. It's not 100% legit.

I haven't posted it at streethop.com yet. I didn't know if I should incase I was wrong.

I think ur rite, i read this at allhiphop.com last week. It didnt say that he was set up by jada, it just said that he is on tape talkin some "real funny sh!t"...but id kick the dude of too if i were in em's place, it dont matter how good the dude is, if u cant trust him then hes no good

By the way, there is some irony to all this. doesnt 50 cent and game have a mixtape called LOYALTY comming out? LOL

From allhiphop

This is something I was told, but can’t verify for myself. There is a DVD on the streets called “The Come Up” or something like that. And its like most street DVDs with interviews and rappers doing what rappers do, but this particular one has some funniness to it. I heard that the people that put this together secretly taped DJ Green Lantern. Green’s a universally loved and admired DJ that happens to spin for Eminem. But, this DVD showed Green on the phone talking to Jadakiss and kinda giving some tape up on what 50 was gonna do next in the D-Block/G-Unit war. Apparently, Banks saw the tape and found it really funny. There’s no beef here, but check that DVD out if you can. I’m running to Canal Street in NY to cop!

It's fuckin ridiculous that this beef between jada and the shady crew started AFTER eminem put him on a track with pac. Too bad this beef didnt unfold beforehand cause jada completely ruined that track on loyal to the game.
